1. Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after verification.
2. Processing
We will process your order within 1- 3 business days.
3. Shipping Method
Corporating with global reliable shipping company, we have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. We choose most appropriate shipping option according to client’s country, 1-3 days for processing, normally, you will receive your order in 6-13 business days once order is placed.
NOTES:
- Receiving time=Processing time+Shipping time.
- Shipping times are estimated and commenced from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, custom’s clearance procedures and other causes alike.
- Please submit a ticket within 3 months of shipment. If the package does not arrive in time, our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Take note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
